The three signals Google uses

LCP

Display

The main content should show within 2.5 seconds.

Poor beyond 4 seconds.

INP

Response

The page should react to a click within 200 milliseconds.

Poor beyond half a second.

CLS

Stability

Content should not jump: 0.1 or less.

Poor beyond 0.25.

Why “no data”?

Google only publishes these measurements for sites with enough Chrome visits. For a smaller site, we run a simulated test instead.

Why 75% of visits?

That's Google's rule: a page passes if at least 3 visits out of 4 are good. It covers slow phones and weak networks, not just the lucky ones.
